They keep PUNTING and denying hearing and CLEAR RULING THEY KNOW THEY'D HAVE TO MAKE AND THEREFORE KEEP TRYING (for 10+ years now) TRYING TO AVOID. They want this UNCONSTITUTIONAL AMNESTY cuz it is a BACKDOOR TO MORE IMMIGRATION via Familia relations fast-tracks they know will be granted to THESE ILLEGALS to pile another 5-15M more into USA quickly, when everyone is calling for REASONABLE, MERIT BASED, IMMIGRATION REFORMS instead (they have to fast-track their bad, unpopular, policy actions while they can continue to get away with them)!
