I want A NEW BILL or the one out there now AMENDED - I want the $0.18 FEDERAL GAS TAX SUSPENSION RELIEF to be contingent on, only applies and goes into effect, FOR/IN STATES that ALSO AGREE (have, 30 days to enact, after 30 days if your State fails to enact your own Law to temporarily suspend OFFER EXPIRES) their OWN matching minimum $0.18/Gal Gas Tax SUSPENSION!!! And the Federal Relief only valid and applies WHEN and WHILE the same MATCH is in effect in any given State!!!! So, basically, YOU BLUE STATE RETARDS, can get your Citizens relief OR you can keep playing Political Games! CHOOSE! But your people ONLY GET THE FEDERAL RELIEF if you too step-up to provide relief.
