LEFT wants to contend these agencies, like FTC, were set up as supposedly INDEPENDENT AGENCIES - supposedly NON-PARTISAN and even NON-BRANCHED (so-to-speak, once created no longer under control of the #CONSTITUTION authorities which authorized/created it/them) which in minds of many (including ME) make that aspect #UNCONSTITUTIONAL and IMO past #SCOTUS precedence of #NORTONVSHELBY applies (should this should NOT be a NEW RULING but uphold President's authority as CHIEF EXECUTIVE to exercise his authority/power over HIRE/FIRE in these instances)!!!!
