THE VERY EASY FIX to all this - 10% (OR MIN. $1) RE-STOCK FEE ON ANY AND ALL RETURN, regardless of cost of item. SO retards buy a $0.50 item, when they try RETURN FOR REFUND, you CHARGE THEM ANOTHER $0.50 RESTOCKING FEE (of course, they will walk out and as they walk away Clerks need say: "you refuse to pay the RESTOCK fee you will be listed as BANNED FROM PROPERTY and return equates to TRESPASS and YOU subject to Arrest for such" ), and THEN you program your FACIAL RECOGNITION SECURITY SYSTEM to identify them as SOMEONE OWES YOU MONEY (failure to pay the Fee) and HAVE THEM ARRESTED IF COME BACK ON YOUR PROPERTY.
OBVIOUSLY, all Sales slips need then going forward have RESTOCK FEE POLICY printed on them and a SIGN saying such at each Register (human manned, or ...
