AND, simple, any/all FOOD PROGRAMS (aka: WELFARE, Snap, whatever) must EXEMPT (disallow) the newly labeled as "contains FDA warning additives" PERIOD! You want buy the more colorful and more packed with BAD STUFF then YOU COME UP WITH YOUR OWN CASH for them. PERIOD!
