So, being FAIR, means looking at the WHOLE BROARDER PICTURE of the Murders not just year to year, but overall in grand scheme of things, and AS PART OF WHOLE OVERAL CRIME PICTURE (which Criminal activity IS UP) and it had little room to go anywhere but DOWN after the massive Murder sprees in Blue Cities during the BiDUMB #DemocratsCoddleCriminals and #SoftOnCrime era. 187 Murders last year in DC alone - STILL WAY TOO HIGH and these Murderers NEED BE BEHIND BARS not out on the Streets with the HOPE (Hope is great, but not a Strategy) they will be "nicer" people (stop the murdery stuff) going forward (and what? just maim more people rather than KILL them?)....
