From the #evidence I've heard including #DNA (or rather LACK of #DOG #DNA, the #Defense is suggesting a #Prosecutorial #Conspiracy (but then never calling any #Witness to try further that line and muddy the waters to try get REASONABLE DOUBT that may be happening into #Jury mind (not suggesting "The State" somehow PLANTED that TAILLIGHT evidence ON THE BODY or whatever for it to even remotely stick).
