AND, AGAIN, THOSE ARE PROJECTIONS, and PLANS, that NEXT CONGRESS can and will IMMEDIATELY THROW OUT AND IGNORE.
NO CONGRESS, short of a Constitution Amendment, CAN BIND THE NEXT and we've heard these #LIES and SWAMP GAMES before.
