Well, yes, VERY PLAUSIBLE story!
HOWEVER, while there should be NO DUTY TO RETREAT any STAND YOUR GROUND notions and "DEFENSE" get murky and questionable if and when you make any OFFENSIVE related actions - like moving out of a Property to confront.
So, this will be something I will want keep CLOSE EYE ON as things further develop and hopefully we can get ALL SIDES OF THE STORY.
