It never ceases to surprise me how #Leftards all of a sudden want to remember The #Constitution when trying to apply it to those (ILLEGALS) that did not "submit selves to/for THE JURISDICTION THERE-OF" (they reject submission to JURISDICTION THERE-OF (in order to do so would mean "applying" for "Legal" entrance) by BREAKING THE VERY LAWS of the Jurisdiction they want CERTAIN safeguards to apply while ignoring Laws of Land they want invade) and thereby does NOT APPLY while over and over and over trying to take #Rights away from actual #USCitizens.
Any PRIVILEGE we grant NON-CITIZENS is just that a TEMPORARY PRIVILEGE that can be REVOKED (they are NOT Constitutionally assured), Amnesty can be granted, Visas can be granted, whatever, they are all "CONDITIONAL" AND CAN BE REVOKED (esp. if obtained UNDER FALSE PRETENSE)!!!!
