Again, they do not all have to go to ZERO, but become more REASONABLE on a per instance basis.

NOR REALLY is our "Deficits" with many (as, again, we are Giant, they are Ants) and we will ALWAYS be in TRADE DEFICIT with 99.999% of Nations on the Planet.
