Checks sent ILLEGALLY w/o Authorization Codes to be able to even BEGIN TO REMOTELY understand and track WHY they are being sent to people.

I am a former IT guy and this is such an EASY FIX going forward and HOW THE HELL was this not already in place? Seriously?!?!

SIMPLE - The LAW requires them when a payment by the Fed. Govt. is made for them to put an associated "Pay Code" to give just a remotely VAGUE generalization under what "authorization" by Congressional Law such payment is being made as well as a brief "description" there-on to further "justify" how/why the payment is VALID TO BE PAID under the "Code!" HOWEVER, while they are required by Law to do so THEY IGNORE THE LAW and the Computer Systems were not programmed to REQUIRE THE CODE FIELD TO HAVE A VALID CODE (not blank) IN IT. You know, anywhere online, any form, has "REQUIRED FIELDS" and you are NOT ABLE to hit submit/post/send/whatever IF REQUIRED FIELDS ARE NOT FILLED IN. The exact same SIMPLICITY is absent in our Fed. Govt. SEND TAXPAYER MONIES TO WHOMEVER FOR WHATEVER reasons. If they do not, cannot, will not, fill in the REQUIRED FIELDS BY LAW, then the Computer programming should automatically BLOCK payments (can, SAVE AS DRAFT, but not complete processing) UNTIL the Required Fields are filled in so any/all payments can be REMOTELY traceable and understood under AUDIT and if "those payments under such codes" are within AUTHORIZED SPENDING LEVELS or just endless Checks being sent. NO CODE, NO PAYMENT (not electronically, nor allow a Check to be submitted for Printing and manual mailing/sending). VERY FUCKING SIMPLE STUFF!!!

THIS SHIT IS NOT DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND, we just have to have the Leadership TO INSIST THE CHECKS AND BALANCES tools to guard against #Waste, #Fraud, #Abuse, are actually USED! No longer, and it is laughable The Left whine about #Elon as UNELECTED, no longer the UNELECTED FOLKS OF THE #DEEPSTATE SWAMP no matter who controls WH or #Congress continue to run w/o oversight - that Congress was supposed to be doing and now THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE has every Right under enumerated Powers to REIGN IN THOSE IN THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH PURVIEW!!!

And as for those 18.9M people collecting SS supposedly all over age 100. Now, sure, happily SOME PEOPLE can/do Live over 100 - but even nowadays IT IS RARE and certainly NOT 18.9M peeps. THOSE ALL SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED by SS. PLUS, likelihood many of them are #FRAUD and also likely filing FRAUD TAX RETURNS to claim "CREDITS" (another false name, as many of them amount to WELFARE CHECKS well above anything, if they paid #Taxes at all to begin with, paid in) stealing yet MORE FROM #TAXPAYERS. We need an #IRS TASK FORCE, no not of NEW HIRES, but transfer 2.5k existing Auditors OFF of Auditing Law Abiding Citizens and AUDIT/INVESTIGATE all on file filing over age of 100. Determine the LEGAL FOLKS 100+ vs the MILLIONS committing #FRAUD.
