Show Me, Dont Tell Me. Peeps still think Gingrich balanced the Budget back when, mostly reductions rate of growth games, and every 1 of Clinton's 8 yrs the DEBT KEPT GOING UP (proving the Budget was never Balanced they just moved more stuff OFF BUDGET to hide the Spending). NO MORE GAMES and unless WE deal in Reality and KEEP PUSHING House, Senate, WH, we will NOT actually get to a REAL Balanced Budget by end of Trumps term.
