Yes, seriously, you have seen a few sub-mentions among the other items about TWISTING OF LANGUAGE and/or DOUBLE-STANDARDS of application of a term or NOT! So, seriously, we need this DEFINED in/by Law! No Bill in Congress can be "considered" and/or "called" nor "Reported as" being "BI-PARTISAN" unless it garners 10% "Sponsors AND if/when passed into Law having 10% other than own of the Primary Party providing submission and/or majority Votes for passage.
WHY DOES THIS MATTER? May seem SILLY to/for some at first. DOES LANGUAGE MATTER? Does TRUTH/HONESTY in Reporting matter? How many times does The Left LIE about this?!?!? A Bill, for example, the USSenate AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS BILL (they called "Immigration Reform" had ONE (many would call RINO) Republican Sponsor. Meanwhile, in past, other times, 3 or more Democrats may have joined as Sponsors to/for/on GOP led Bills but yet (of course, NARRATIVE SELLING to aid/abet #CommieFasciSocies-ocrats by most of the #ENEMEdia) the use of the "Bi-Partisan" label ignored. SO, we need an Official, proper, shall always be applied, LEGAL DEFINITION!!!!
