OK, since with announcement of #RFKjr nominated for #HHS, a lot of additional Talk about #Health issues has begun. So....
#NEWSMAX just had someone on talking about our lack of getting Sunlight and the need for our Body to get it for Production of especially NATURAL VIT-D PRODUCTION. Years ago, being on Disability, and indeed spend so much time in the House, I bought (not sure the Brand, pretty sure found and purchased via #Amazon) a #SunLamp which Runs 24x7 in my Living Room so at least while I am Sitting in there get SOME BENEFIT. Now, betting it cannot actually REPLACE any real/natural Sunlight - but at least helps me supplement as best possible the UV-Rays we need get (in SOUND/PROPER doses) to aid the Body in many respects! I, of course, have ZERO actual proof it is working for me and helping, but it sure isn't hurting and I indeed do Think it is aiding (even if just "power of Positive thinking" )! I recommend one!
