TODAY, of course, they want ILLEGALS to Vote and to Count for Apportionment (just like their Slaves, they wanted to count) so the demoKKKrats could hold more Power! The more things change, the more LEFTISTS stay the same!!! The CENSUS needs count the distinctions and as ORIGINALLY INTENDED only LEGAL/LAWFUL Citizens and other LEGAL RESIDENTS....
