USCitizens, Legal Immigrants (may be awaiting to become LEGALLY Citizens, "Visitors" (as in LEGAL Tourists, and ILLEGAL OCCUPIERS! That let's us know many things! HOWEVER, just as the 3/5ths Clause was to LIMIT SLAVE OWNING DEMOKKKRATS that wanted those they called "Property" (therefore, by their own argument, NON-CITIZENS) to not be able Vote but count to Apportionment! TODAY, of course, they want ILLEGALS to Vote and to Count for Apportionment (just like their Slaves, they wanted to count) so the demoKKKrats could hold more Power! The more things change, the more LEFTISTS stay the same!!! The CENSUS needs count the distinctions and as ORIGINALLY INTENDED only LEGAL/LAWFUL Citizens and other LEGAL RESIDENTS....
