THIS TIME it must be written better and with specifics regarding aid to help pass SCOTUS muster this time: IF the Congress can Extra-Constitutionally (as they have been doing) use OMNI-BUS Bills mechanism to try FORCE a POTUS to sign some "objectionable" items as a greater/larger whole NEED, then the POTUS must be granted LINE-ITEM VETO AUTHORITY as compensation and return to balance of the Powers/Branches checks-and-balances our Founders intended!!!! Any LINE-ITEM VETO item (of/from/within a Signed by POTUS Bill) then could/should be able to be over-rode by 3/5 Majority of House-Of-Representatives! Employee, earns more than FOUR TIMES their Governmental Salary - THEY MUST ALLOW the IRS to have their Tax Returns visible ONLINE (via IRS website) so WE THE PEOPLE can see how these folks are MAKING ALL THIS SIDE MONEY getting RICH off supposedly being there to SERVE WE THE PEOPLE.
