THIS TIME it must be written better and with specifics regarding aid to help pass SCOTUS muster this time: IF the Congress can Extra-Constitutionally (as they have been doing) use OMNI-BUS Bills mechanism to try FORCE a POTUS to sign some "objectionable" items as a greater/larger whole NEED, then the POTUS must be granted LINE-ITEM VETO AUTHORITY as compensation and return to balance of the Powers/Branches checks-and-balances our Founders intended!!!! Any LINE-ITEM VETO item (of/from/within a Signed by POTUS Bill) then could/should be able to be over-rode by 3/5 Majority of House-Of-Representatives!
