Time they either go FULL COMMERCIALS/ADS to fund themselves or FULL PUBLIC (through Donation Drives) FUNDING or combination there-of; one thing certain, doesn't matter if it is 2 cents, 2 dollars, 2 million, 2 billion, it is WAY BEYOND NEEDED SCOPE of any such spending (as well as if there is still a "Buggy-Whips" Agency still buried and operating somewhere still funded and covering someone's DO NOTHING Job(s) as discussed in CUT PAYROLL item)
