they were invaded in unprovoked fashion
only a MORON does not understand that you have to, at least in part, take it to your Enemy on their Territory or you may as well Surrender you will lose.
HOWEVER, you must NOT GO HEADLONG AND IDIOTICALLY. They best be careful when pushing to understand will have to fall back to defensible positions within the Russian ground or way outpace their resupply line abilities (condemning their own Troops to eventual FAIL AND CAPTURE (which certainly in longer run outweighs your current short term benefits)).
They MUST hold some Russian ground IF they are to be able to come to PEACE TALKS with any Cards to play!!
