I "would" support a Lifetime cap (must Retire at age 75) ONLY if current Justices are GrandFathered in. When changes like these are considered, historically, there are related GRANDFATHER clauses. Otherwise, it is a clear/blatant attempt to force Retirement of "certain people NOW, for the LEFTIST POWER GRAB! Which, of course, that is what it is really about or they would have suggested this long ago (as I had)!
