Yes, they PROMISE (on-air) a 7% Dividend payment --- AT LEAST first Dividend payment will indeed therefore have to be 7% (or face Suit, for on-air PROMISE) but all I am saying/advising IT DOESN'T HAVE TO (IMO, likely will not) REMAIN going forward at that Rate! Yes, sure, IT COULD EVEN GO UP (does anyone really believe it will?) but it can DROP (if what I suspect the usual GENERAL FINE PRINT language of these things, will exist) at any point going forward (to even like 0.1%, and still meet "obligation" to pay Dividend return).
