My Friend Phil Stargell (Black Conservative) goes on all the time (CORRECTLY) that Civil Rights Act is SPECIAL RIGHTS violation EQUAL PROTECTIONS and therefore actually UnConstitutional (while others try argue somehow needed language to assure Equal Protections (NO, enforce Constitution, no other Law necessary))!! HOWEVER, it remains one those wink and nod look other way as Majority of People like FEEL GOOD of it vs harder UPHOLD CONSTITUTION we really needed/need as were A REPUBLIC not a Mobocracy, Ineptocracy, or Cleptocracy, Left creating vs our Meritocracy. THAT, OF COURSE, AND HOWEVER, WAS NOT the reason The Left/demoKKKrats Filibustered it (we all know why they did)!!!!
