The reality is THIS SUPERGIRL FILM actually deals in the original Comic ORIGIN and BACK STORY. She is NOT CLARK, She did NOT grow up on Earth, expecting her as carbon copy (as previous SuperGirl movies did) of Clark's story is the ABNORMALITY, not this movies portrayal. While, yes, I had ISSUES with it (like the, I joke, SUPERGIRL (A MAD MAX SAGA) due to the idiocy of the look of the bad guy) ultimately IT IS A GOOD OVERALL POSITIVE MESSAGING FILM (and despite Allcock's WOKE idiocy during interviews).
