Frankly a 50 YEAR #MORTGAGE is a REALLY DUMB OPTION FOR MOST people - HOWEVER, it is GREAT IDEA as ON OPTION. ONE OPTION, a TOOL added to the overall #ToolBox. As a #CHOICE (Left is never for CHOICES/OPTIONS, only Govt dictates, and that being one point here OPTION/CHOICE no-one FORCED into such) it makes sense again as an added choice/option/tool.
