Buying the cheapest SwimSuit from any Discount Store is OK and FINE for wading around in your Backyard Pool -- HOWEVER, it is NOT SUFFICIENT for rougher activities like taking to a WaterPark (any WaterPark), Diving, etc.... and should NOT BE SO CHEAP (if the case, we don't know yet, I DEMAND TO KNOW, for her "negligence" or "contribution" at least to the incident)
