Yes, I've always considered DC to be a bunch of stuffy buffoons and that perhaps a LOOSENING of the Dress Code (putting Clowns in Suits, makes them no less of a Clown) to allow nice Shoes, maybe Dockers, and a Polo Shirt, to ditch the strangulation-wear Ties (ON OCCASION) - HOWEVER, idiot Festerman presiding over USSenate in Sneakers and SHORTS is f** pathetic. Again showing he is A JOKE and doesn't take any of this seriously and his "Man of the People" (despite his background and LARGE BANK ACCOUNT before he begins lining his pockets through Graft in DC) Act making a mockery of America as a whole on the World Stage.
