Years back we had a moronic "limited scope ruling" (this one is Broader, as last one should have, but will be met with same Leftist DEFIANCE) in a Case against Universities (including University of Michigan here in MI) about AFFIRMATIVE ACTION and DISCRIMINATION which resulted in exactly what will happen here, and FASCICRATS always do. They will NOT admit to their violation of Laws and the Constitution FOR DECADES but instead gather the Legal Team together, create a NEW NAME, a supposedly "NEW PROGRAM' with more legalize bullshit verbiage to DO THE EXACT SAME THING again and coast another several decades as NEW CHALLENGES to the "NEW POLICY" (doing the same old demoKKKrat descriminations and manipulations and violations of EQUAL PROTECTIONS) have to work through the Courts and the usual low-end Liberal Activist Judges refusing to strike-down knowing damn well the SCOTUS will WHENEVER it may finally ever reach that level. This is something LEFT always does, when smacked-down - just REWORK THEIR SCAMS/CONS/ILLEGALITIES.
