YES, fine, he may be NOT GUILTY OF THE BOGUS CHARGES OF MISAPPLIED LAW OFFENSES ALLEGED AGAINST HIM <--- but in my opinion, THAT would/should/could have been the language used. Frankly, is there anyone other than a complete CULTist, that believes he is a TOTALLY INNOCENT person here. And, frankly, IMO, this is AS MUCH a Political response as it is a Legal response to COMPLETELY MOTIVATED POLITICAL WITCH-HUNT ATTACKS and attempt to trump up (yes, pun intended) charges by a FASCICRAT in a FASCICRATS State that knows it will have a FASCICRAT Activist Judge and Jury to get something to stick that will NOT STAND upon Appeal IF CONVICTED (and should be tossed before any Jury is even picked) and needs to be about NOT PREACHING TO THE BASE but to those that we can reach to turn the 2020 80+Million Votes into 100+Million TRUMP VOTES in 2024....

And so-as if/when a JURY SOLELY SELECTED TO POLITICALLY PERSECUTE SOMEONE than to really DEAL IN BLIND JUSTICE, the APPEAL ALL THE WAY TO THE SCOTUS MUST TOO BE COVERED! Cuz, one has a Right to do with his/her OWN PROPERTY and to give any/all of it to anyone, for any reason, INCLUDING HUSH MONEY (UNLESS it is to cover up another FELONY, that is RICO LAW, and this was/is NOT that), that the SCOTUS would then Rule and also about FORMER PRECEDENTS!!!

No-one has ever been charged, convicted, and imprisoned, for anything EVEN WORSE than these lame Charges! PERIOD! EVER!!! The last, I think only, time a President has ever been attempted to be Charged and Prosecuted of any "supposed Offense" was also a POLITICAL PROSECUTION of Grant for "RIDING HIS HORSE TOO FAST!" Yes, seriously LOOK IT UP! They Trumped up Charges against Grant for BASICALLY A TRAFFIC VIOLATION!!!
