The issue here was PUBLIC INFORMATION that is "officially reported" and ON BUDGET dollars spent (supposedly only "100's of Billions" ) versus the countless pallets of Cash and Materials OFF BUDGET (that those we know, in the know, behind the scenes, that must remain anonymous) ALL SEE GOING OUT THE DOOR without Official Act of Congress authorization.
