As Lincoln promised REPARATIONS at that time, when/where it made sense - remember the whole 20 ACRES AND A MULE thing?!?!? Taking from the DemoKKKrat Plantation owners that held them as Slaves to give to the freed Slaves so they would have an opportunity to make of themselves something (a FRESH START, not making them DEPENDENT like DemoKKKrats still try to do with ALL CLASSES today) and achieve the American Dream. It is NOT ABOUT REPARATIONS today, as no former Slaves exist (though some of those Plantations have been handed down through Generations but the DemoKKKrats are NOT looking to take from them to give to others).
