I hope I'm wrong, haven't been proven so thus far - in my ANALYSIS of the situations and LIKELY OUTCOMES vs what I might PREFER. I got pushback when I first put forth this in a group called THE BRUTAL TRUTH group, and I am trying to "HONESTLY ANALYZE AND PROVIDE SAID TRUTH, whether we (and often I/we do not) LIKE IT or not!!!

I'm NOT GIVING UP, just remaining rooted in REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS based upon REALITY THUS FAR (unlike the Left's DELUSION about COMMUNISM IS GREAT, despite its endless failure every time and any/every where tried, and the "BUT THIS TIME WILL BE DIFFERENT" nonsense (could it, YES, maybe a Zillion to One Odds, but NOT IMPOSSIBLE, anything is possible when dealing with IMPERFECT PEOPLE (and everyone is imperfect, as is the process) JUST NOT LIKELY given past evidence and precedence)).

I deal in HONEST ANALYSIS in my writings, factoring Historic precedence, The Law (and factoring how many times when and where LAW HAS BEEN IGNORED) to date, not from my own Personal desire/bias, which of course is not to say I don't have my own Personal bias toward ACTUAL CONSTITUTIONAL RULE/LAW (as I do).

The Case of TX V BATTLEGROUNDS was the uniquely proper and pertinent Case that only the SCOTUS could hear, and they played games and claimed NO STANDING so they could be COWARDS ( https://tinyurl.com/SCOTUSCowardice ) and not hear it knowing full well the Precedences already set and used many times to call for RE-VOTES at Municipalities/Counties/Districts (and indeed some results OVERTURNED by the NEW VOTE) levels before (and that would be the CLEAR OUTCOME, under Law and Constitution) and that no-one was calling for a NATIONAL RE-VOTE, zero need for it, but a RE-VOTE should have been ordered IN THE DISCTRICTS (this case, multiple Electoral Districts effected by the VIOLATION OF LAW AT STATEWIDE LEVELS) FOLLOWING PROPER STATE LAWS, per each State that it is NOT DEBATABLE the 6 States VIOLATED THEIR OWN LAWS and therefore the Election ILLEGAL/FRAUDULENT and further made ILLEGAL by those who broke their own Laws ILLEGALLY CERTIFYING an UNLAWFUL ELECTION in their State. THEY JUST REFUSED TO DO THEIR JOB THEN, hid behind FAKE STANDING DISMISSAL, what makes people think they grew any Balls of late (and, again, let me say the umpteenth time - I HOPE I'M WRONG, haven't been to date)?!?!?

NEW VOTES had to be held, cuz while we can/could PROVE BEYOND ANY DOUBT that "John Doe" died 2 years ago but yet there is a Ballot for "John Doe" so it is WITH ZERO DOUBT A FRAUDULENT VOTE (unless there is Video evidence that his Corpse showed up at the Polls to Vote); and that there are thousands of such cases, as well as "FICTIONAL CHARACTERS" (non-real people) Voting; etc, enough to POTENTIALLY OVERTURN RESULTS IN A JURISDICTION;  but what CANNOT BE PROVEN is (as we know damn well was) A BIDEN VOTE once the Ballot is separated from the CHAIN OF CUSTODY process and actually "RUN AS A SECRET BALLOT" as Law requires. And why, THE ONLY REMEDY WAS REVOTE IN THOSE DISTRICTS AT THAT TIME, there is ZERO PRECEDENCE to over-turn an Election and TOSS A SEATED REPRESENTATIVE. PERIOD! EVER! Unless the SCOTUS really grows A BIG SET and decides to create such a new Precedence, and that is a GREAT DREAM TO HAVE (hope for it, strive for it, fight for it) just not "A LIKELY THING TO OCCUR" which is what an HONEST ANALYSIS like I put forth would logically conclude. AGAIN, for the Trillionth time, doesn't mean you do not hope for it, try for it, fight for it, but the delusion of some saying every months new scheme will be THE SILVER BULLET is not REALISM BASED.

Keep your hope alive, I will stay giving honest detailed analysis, as I have, based in the REALITY of what we have, seen so far, while indeed TRYING TO CHANGE the direction of the Cowards* in the Judicial System that refuse to deal with it just cuz they'd prefer to COAST.

That is just the reality of it, right now, again we indeed have to keep pushing for better - keep hope, but not the continued pie-in-the-sky stuff I've seen from some with Every Week A New Plan/Scheme to have Biden tossed, for two year hasn't happened yet (and I'm NOT SAYING IMPOSSIBLE, JUST NOT LIKELY, so yes it is great to see the Suit) that is "LIKELY" to produce the same NOTHING RESULTS (but, again, hope not) as before.

I've been following the exponentially growing FRAUD since 2008, been warning about it, ZERO GETS DONE ABOUT IT.
