Alright, since there are a flood of "Alec OJ Baldwin" posts (I'll get into why I call him that down-thread) I figured I'd jot down my thoughts ---- FAIRLY without my Personal BIAS toward the POS...

First, OJ... er... Alec... WAS DIRECTLY responsible for her death

HE PULLED THE TRIGGER that resulted in her death

Alright, let's be GENEROUS (something he would not be for us) here...

YES, being generous and forgiving one could ARGUE AWAY that "there was no way he knew it was actually a loaded Gun and yadda... yadda... yadda..." DESPITE the obvious that he should have checked the Weapon himself. But, again, let's BE GENEROUS and let that part go; as is the Prosecutor as he is charged with NEGLIGENCE not MURDER, and that part (IMO) is correct.

Now, putting aside my disdain for this POS that constantly mouths off about Guns (while knowing nothing), saying the NRA has "Blood on it's hands," and would call for the Death Penalty if a Conservative Actor had done this!! PUTTING ASIDE OUR "FEELINGS" and "BIAS" and proceeding SOLELY BASED UPON LOGIC, REASON, COMMON-SENSE, AND THE LAW!!!!

He is GUILTY of NEGLIGENCE in many ways/shapes/forms.

He was Producer and RESPONSIBLE for the loosey-goosey manner things were allowed to CONTINUE (after countless complaints) on and around the Set. GUILTY.

He could have, and should have, NOT hired the buffoon Woman (for nepotism and Identity Politics and TRYING TO SHAVE HIS BUDGET reasons) also now charged - and after countless complaints (see next point) HE DIDN'T FIRE HER and bring in "trust-worthy" and well-trained NRA handlers to the Set. GUILTY!

He knew that the very Set Weapons were being used for LIVE ROUND FIRING away from the Set - and is SHOCKED this could, and did, happen?!?! GUILTY.

These are ESTABLISHED FACTS as demonstrated by countless WALK OUTS of folks (and them being VERY VOCAL ON THE RECORD WHY) wanting to GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM THAT UNSAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT where countless corners were being cut and for nepotism and cheapness MADE THE PLACE DANGEROUS and therefore NOT A SURPRISE at the end of the Day this happened.

So, based upon THE FACTS he is GUILTY of what is Charged!!! And, yes, I think he needs to SERVE TIME. Whether the entire 6.5 yrs of the consecutive, rather than concurring, Sentencing guidelines would suggest??? HARSH, as yes at the end of the Day an ACCIDENTAL DEATH OCCURRED! So, if I were Judge, after a GUILTY Verdict (which is NOT ASSURED) I would Sentence to 5 will potential for early Parole.

HOWEVER, we could be dealing with a LIBTARD JURY that may "OJ" STYLE (hence my calling him "Alec OJ Baldwin" ) nullify CLEAR EVIDENCE OF GUILT under the Charges filed. But, let's just say that doesn't happen. NEXT, could be a LIBTARD ACTIVIST JUDGE who then just Sentences to next to nothing.

BUT, let's just say there is a FAIR TRAIL (which I doubt highly) and he is FOUND GUILTY AS CHARGED and Sentenced harshly. HE WILL NOT SERVE ALL HIS TIME, we see day in and day out Lefty loon #DemocratsCoddleCriminals soft on Crime Prosecutors, Judges, Juries, others IN THE SYSTEM, looking for any and every reason to LET PEOPLE RIGHT BACK ON THE STREETS TO RE-OFFEND (certainly, not likely here with OJBaldwin though) that will find any way and reasoning possible to LET HIM OUT AFTER JUST A FEW MONTHS TIME SERVED.

We may have to be OK WITH THAT, as long as SOME JUSTICE IS DONE AND HE DOES SOME ACTUAL TIME IN PRISON. Examples must be made of ANYONE that demands others be HUNG FOR NEXT TO NOTHING if they are their Political enemies - MUST BE HELD TO THEIR OWN DAMN STANDARDS FOR A CHANGE!!

That is HONEST EXAMINATION OF THE FACTS AS THEY STAND and THE LAW, and the Left that constantly talks about SOCIAL JUSTICE will they again (likely) show they are FULL OF SHIT and for ZERO JUSTICE OF ANY KIND, ANY TIME, ANY PLACE, when/where it involves a fellow SNOWFLAKE!
