OK, obvious question to ask on Christmas...
What is your Families go-to meal on Christmas??
I just came from my Sisters' house -- it was supposed to be a "simple/easy" meal but turned into a bit of an adventure.
Well, to answer my own question - first, we do HAM!
But not a whole Ham, we are down to just the two of us getting together so I just buy some Ham slices that we heat up.
It became a bit more of an adventure this time cuz my Sister bought some "Garlic Knots" (just a fancier Garlic Bread) and tried doing them in her new Air Frier and landed up burning them. And the local Deli did not have the usual Hash-Browns (shredded and in a package in the refridgerated section) we buy, so I had to buy some Frozen ones and didn't think to thaw them and tried to cook the frozen Brick of Hashed-Potatoes. It landed up working ok, but took twice as long* as "advertised" to get them to cook and they certainly never came out looking like the picture on the package (but they were edible).
- should I file a Lawsuit, like that moron about the MacAndCheese not being done (just the noodle cooking part (plus the note about Microwave times may vary)) in 3.5 minutes as it says on the container?!?! LOL
