I'm not saying/providing any #SPOILERS of the #BILLSatLIONS game (as, I myself had just started watching on #DVR delay and don't want others to provide potential #spoliers back) all I am saying (before #Halftime of my viewing time-table to this point) is about #DetroitLions Offense overall and that ---- I kinda thought the #TJHockinson trade was a #SURRENDER move and admission of yet another failed #NFL season, HOWEVER (not so fast) the #Offense is till doing PRETTY DARN WELL without #TJ (our high pick previously) with the other #TE's we have and may have been a good long-term move?!?! We'll see. Yes, this Season is likely still a write-off, but the 2nd half of this Game and 2nd half to the Season COULD BE FUN (still some HOPE)!
The #Lions just overall, regardless of all other any Season factors, are usually DISAPPOINTING on #Thanksgiving games. And it MAKES SENSE. We're always the HOME TEAM with all the distractions and Holiday trappings that would keep them from being 100% focused on the Game; where-as the opponent is OUT OF TOWN, in a Hotel, away from Family and Friends, able to better focus on just the Game (plus, the added advantage this time for #Bills of this being their 2nd in just a few days at #FordField due to their Weather issues in #Buffalo now uniquely MORE FAMILIAR with the setting now playing their 2nd game in just a few days time at #FordField that a Team just coming in for a 1 and only visit gets)!
