I just left a ONE-STAR REVIEW for #SPOTIFY...
I contacted SPOTIFY Customer Service, here is the last entry I wrote to them regarding my issue of PAID/SUBSCRIBER CONTENT NOT PLAYING:
None of this would be an issue IF you (Spotify) actually had a functioning system, if indeed my subscription has not taken effect yet (THE SYSTEM SHOULD BE SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE) and return the proper messaging NOT just "you gotta be a Subscriber" when I already subscribed. And NOT tell me "You are already Subscribed" when if what you say is true that "SUBSCRIPTION IS PENDING." Hopefully Elon will set his sights on acquiring Spotify next, fire most of the staff there like he is at Twitter, and bring in folks that UNDERSTAND PROPER AND COMPLETE CODING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Your CUSTOMER SERVICE is pathetic, and my Yelp review; and letter I'm about to write to the BBB and OPEN LETTER that I'll be posting across the 12+ Social-Media Platforms to which I belong; will reflect such. YOU PASSED THE BUCK (as did the person before you)!!! "Referred me," LMFAO, the proper way to REFER AN ISSUE is for your Team to FORWARD THE ISSUE to the proper team internally NOT say "TOUGH, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM go piss up a rope it's NOT MY PROBLEM go hunt the endless pages of worthless online help that don't fix anything" or (the run around to other staff), "go notify so and so instead" (instead of passing/escalating it internally), something that would have NEVER FLOWN in my IT Team/staff. People should be FIRED and replaced with people who give a darn about their Jobs, their Services actually working and properly informative with proper messaging when not working, and care about their Customers when issues arise.
