That Bill, as always, was a FEEL GOOD title to fool their Base, and just another example of the FASCICRATS "never let a crisis go to waste" as an EXCUSE to spend money unnecessarily. Their Bill was not about solving the crisis, but growing Federal Govt and ballooning Govt spending which means more money in DeepState Liberals' pockets.
