HOWEVER, a Nation like FRANCE has ZERO EXCUSE to not step-up, FOR ONCE AS A NATION, and provide Ukraine with some Fighter-jets and the like. RUSSIA IS NOT GOING TO NUKE FRANCE and RUSSIA HAS NO NAVAL CAPABILITY TO SEND A FLEET TO INVADE FRANCE FROM THE OCEAN.
