It is OK to declare that "IMO Dana Nessel has violated Michigan's Laws and Constitution and WE WILL HOLD AN INVESTIGATION and put any evidence before a GRAND JURY to determine whether charges should be brought, which we feel confident will happen!" Saying, outright, WE WILL PROSECUTE, again, demonstrates prejudice and A WITCH HUNT will be her/their defense and a LIBERAL COURT would just then dismiss out of hand as POLITICAL PERSECUTION. JUST AS PRESIDENT TRUMP IS DEMANDING in New York where the ultraLibtard activist AG ran on "SHE WOULD PROSECUTE DONALD TRUMP!" And we RIGHTLY DEMAND her bogus charges be dismissed. Of course, it will have to go to appeals and maybe even up to SCOTUS cuz the LIBERAL ACTIVIST JUDGES IN NY are more than happy to help her with her POLITICAL PROSECUTION as they try to block POTUS45 from becoming POTUS47. HELL YES! BUT, and Matt knows this, THE LANGUAGE WE USE (in so far as the Legal System goes especially) CAN AND WILL HAVE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES! So, do I want him to STOP ATTACKING DANA?? HELL NO! I just want more carefully crafted language that does NOT AFFORD DANA A GET OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD and acting as pathetically as Leftist Candidates do in their BS rhetoric to drum up their base vs President Trump. If you think I'm "attacking" Matt or being SOFT on Dana, READ THIS AGAIN. I am only, as a 40+ years experienced Political activist (and ran for County Commission and State House myself, and knowing the Liberal Media aids/abets the Left and happy to use OUR WORDS AGAINST US), offering advice that anyone with common-sense understands, and that our side not be as pathetic and loose with our language as the FASCICRATS are. We must replace Dana, we must not be as bad as her in our words/deeds. You know damn well Matt would demand IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL if he were representing someone under such conditions. We cannot expect people to see we are indeed THE FAR BETTER CHOICE, when/if we act as recklessly as the other side we try to defeat.
