Oh how I hate the COLD WEATHER...
It is only early October and it isn't even all that Cold outside yet,
got the Furnace blasting and it is Warm inside,
but yet with my Health Issues I can already feel it down into my Bones and feeling "just off" and I'm certain I am not Sick where I need a Med to recover but the "feeling generally more run-down" and feeling "chilled" and (again) "off" with little that I can do about it but layer up and try to stay toasty, try to get more sleep/rest, avoid going outside.
just what the CFIDS does to me EVERY TIME the Weather starts getting COLD out at Nights and again dreading the Days steadily now getting cooler, then cold, then FREEZING out.
Take care of yourself... but not like I didn't try to maintain my Health... just that in some respects aspects of my Body gave out on me early (2000, while still pretty young) in Life (mind you, I recognize I am still OK and know many have things far worse than I do - there but for the Grace of God go I), and now it is just having to know my limitations! So as things get colder, get out there and have some Cold weather options Fun on my behalf too! :) And kindly look out for each other. Especially be sure to check in on Elderly neighbors from time to time.

We may have gotten off to a slow start, and LATE due to technical issues, but once we got really rolling we covered a lot of important related ground.
On the one hand @WNBA needs to get its act together and clarify AS 80% OF AMERICANS RECOGNIZE AS COMMON BLEEPING SENSE that they are FOR BIOLOGICALLY BORN WOMEN (and at same time banning Testostarone and other enhancement drugs). While, on the other hand, I'D LOVE to see @EnesFreedom run rampant over the #WNBA (would be HILARIOUS Fun and worth watching MAYBE ONCE).
